POPE'S AIR

Pope's Air & Plumbing works on heating, cooling and plumbing for Northern Virginia homes from its Manassas base, and has done so since 1988. The HVAC side covers air conditioning, heating, heat pump installation and repair, ductless mini split installation and service, zoning systems, and filtration and air purification equipment. Plumbing work includes leaks, sump pumps and water heaters. A Discount Club membership is offered, and financing runs through Wells Fargo. Light commercial systems up to 20 tons are also handled. The company says it replaces equipment only when needed, and online estimates are offered. Customers praise same day service and technicians who explain each step of the work, and one reviewer bought a three year maintenance service plan. The office is owned by women.
