First Choice, Inc.

First Choice Heating and Air Conditioning has served Fredericksburg since 1998, when Keith Bareford founded it. It began in residential new construction with a focus on duct design, fabrication and installation, then shifted toward residential service and replacement after 2008. Today it services and installs air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, furnaces, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and air cleaners, repairs boilers, offers home energy audits and takes on commercial work including rooftop units. Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, estimates on installations are free, and financing is offered. Rated 3.5 from 29 Google reviews, 16 of them five stars and 8 one star. Heating, furnace and boiler repair is a specialty, and published customer reviews mention fast scheduling of a furnace replacement in winter and help with an AC breakdown on a weekend.
