Top Pick HVAC

Top Pick HVAC has operated since 2007 as a Class A licensed mechanical contractor with its head office on Pigeon Hill Drive in Sterling. The work leans toward general contractors, developers and owners: retail tenant fits-outs, quick-service restaurants, fitness studios, multi-family buildings, medical and veterinary spaces, houses of worship and federal projects, including a 61-townhome community. Crews install rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, ventilation and gas piping, coordinate with the other trades and keep inspections on schedule. The company also installs multi-zone systems for custom homes and historic renovations in DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. Service and maintenance agreements and a warranty on installations are available. Certifications include SBA, Virginia SWaM and MWAA SLBE. Rated 5.0 from 11 Google reviews, all five stars.
