Trane

This Trane entry in Rocky Mount points to the manufacturer's national web presence rather than a local installer. The company builds residential and commercial heating and cooling equipment and sends homeowners to a dealer locator to find a local contractor, with separate paths for commercial buyers who need a sales office and for technicians who need parts and supplies. It does not run its own service trucks here, so anyone in Rocky Mount who needs repairs or a new system is referred to a dealer. It also offers training courses, webinars and design software for people in the trade. The main pages are also available in several languages, including Spanish. Its menu separates residential, commercial and parts and supplies. Rated 1.0 from a single Google review.
