Talos IoT

Talos IoT is a Richmond technology company that monitors commercial HVAC equipment rather than servicing home systems. Wireless sensors in its Talos Guardian product watch rooftop and other units, warn of failures early, track air filter condition so filters are changed when needed instead of on a calendar, and aim to cut operating costs and raise tenant comfort for property owners. It has operated since 2021 and counts national commercial, manufacturing and retail partners. A grow operation reports getting warnings ahead of downtime, and demos can be scheduled. Rated 5.0 from its one Google review. Case studies and testimonials are published for prospective property owners, and the product targets rooftop units and air filter change schedules. Maps lists it as an HVAC contractor offering installation and repair, with monitoring services as its stated focus.
