Air Mechanix, LLC

Tim and Mary Parrish founded Air Mechanix in Franklin in 1993 and still own it. The company designs comfort systems for homes and light commercial buildings such as churches and small businesses, with heat load calculations and duct design for quiet, efficient operation. Whole house humidifiers and dehumidifiers, electronic air cleaners and programmable WiFi thermostats are part of the mix. It answers the phone after hours and offers 24/7 emergency service on most makes and models, and customers can apply for financing online through Wisetack or Wells Fargo. Most of its work comes from referrals from satisfied customers, and online service requests are available. Rated 4.8 from 166 Google reviews, 152 of them five stars and 8 one star.
